Exchange and Return Policy

To benefit from “The Return & Exchange Policy” according to The Egyptian Consumer Protection Law:

1. Submit the purchase invoice (The Original Invoice).
2. The item must be in the same condition when purchased and in the original packaging.
3. Replacing or returning the product is permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase or within 30 days if there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Retrieval takes place the same way the purchase process happens.
5. Credit card refunds will be credited to the original account used for the original purchase. The refunding process can take up to 3 months.

We are happy to exchange the product in case of manufacturing defect in accordance with our evaluation and the rules of the “Consumer Protection Law”. Please return the unused item in its original packaging within 3 days of receiving your order.

The following Terms and Conditions are added to website purchases

Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.

The “Return and Exchange” period is calculated from the date of receipt, and the stamped purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.

If you wish to exchange the product with another of a higher value, any difference in cost shall be covered by the customer.

In case a customer does not raise an exchange claim as per the Terms mentioned, the user shall be ineligible for exchange.

Note: Shipping charges are covered by the customer.
