Can I place an order to be shipped to multiple addresses?
Currently, every order is shipped to a single destination address only. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.


When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 4 working days from the date of order placement. Once shipped, the products should reach you within 5 to 7 working days. If you do not receive your package within the time indicated by the transporter, for any reason, please do call or email us and we will do our best to see that you receive your product at the earliest time possible. However, Alkhodeir Egypt International Co. S.A.E. shall not be held liable for the delays caused by the courier partner.


Does shipping cover all areas?
Delivery is made to the address registered in the order or the branch of the delivery company closest to the address, according to the options available from the shipping companies. The customer is responsible for following up on the shipments information / data with the shipping company.


Delivery Areas
We provide delivery services inside Cairo and throughout The Republic of Egypt. We also inform you if the delivery address is out of range, and will instead ask our valued customers to receive their order from one of our branches that is nearest to them. What are the payment methods?
We only accept credit card payments at the time being.


How to pay by Visa and MasterCard?
•    Choose the “Credit Card Payment” method.
•    The site will automatically transfer you to the bank's payment page.
•    Choose your card type (Master Card or Visa).
•    Enter the card information on the page, fill in all the required basic fields, and click on the word “Pay”.
•    Once you have completed the payment, you will be transferred again to our website to confirm your order.
 

I don’t want the package to carry an invoice as it is a gift. Can this be done?
All the items (including gifts) will be shipped to the shipping address mentioned in your order with an invoice mentioning the price. However, in case of special requests, please write to us at e-commerce@khodeir.com


Why was my order cancelled?
Alkhodeir Egypt International Co. S.A.E. has the right to cancel any order in the case of any mistake/error with the order like wrong pricing, product interchange etc. In such cases, the entire amount paid by the customer shall be refunded by Alkhodeir Egypt International Co. S.A.E. within the refund timelines mentioned in our cancellation and refund policy.


I have received products with damaged packaging, what do I do?
Do not accept receipt of the damaged packaging from the shipping company.
My product has a manufacturing defect. How do I return it?
We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we carry. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please write to us within 7 days of receipt. We will help you to replace it as soon as possible. For information about our Exchange & Return policy, kindly review it.
